Deputies were dealing with a lot of bull

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call of a loose bull near Jensen Road Friday. The big, black bull had escaped from a nearby yard. Deputies, wisely, called the owner to come take care of it.

Several street signs on Highland Drive, Latigo Lane, Morris Drive and Northwoods Trail in Northwoods were stolen. All are private roads.

A man on Rhodes Draw tried to make the woman he was living with leave. A shouting match ensued. Deputies broke up it and the woman eventually left with her daughter.

A 46-year-old mother was arrested after her 17-year-old son called deputies to say she was hitting him.

A 30-year-old man was arrested on two criminal contempt warrants.

Deputies are looking for a utility trailer stolen from Lakeside.
