Claude S. Hedges, 61

Claude S. Hedges, 61, passed away June 11, 2007, in Kalispell.

He was an honorable veteran as well as an avid outdoorsman. He loved nature and stressed the importance of environmental conservation.

Claude is survived by his seven loving children; three adoring grandchildren; his parents, Ira and Betty Hedges, of New York; his brother, Ira; sister, Georgianna; his close friends, Phil, Kathy and Jared Dill; as well as numerous other wonderful people who surrounded him.

Claude touched the lives of many and will be missed greatly.

A memorial service will be held for Claude Hedges at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 23, at the VFW, 330 First Ave. West, in Kalispell. A reception will follow.
