The Smith Valley Fire Department responded to an untended campfire near Ashley Lake Road.

The Creston Fire Department fought off arcing electricity after a tree fell into a power line on Montana 35 about a quarter mile south of Many Lakes.

The Whitefish Fire Department dealt with a blown gas line on U.S. 93. It was spraying a jet of gas horizontal with the road.
