Inez DeSanti Moon, 97
Inez DeSanti Moon, 97, passed away peacefully at the Brendan House on June 27, 2007. Inez was born in New York City to Gerunzio and Giuseppina DeSanti, natives of Italy and Austria. She was the third youngest of four siblings - a sister and three brothers.
She spent her early years in New York City and New Jersey, moving to the West coast in 1934. Inez worked as a baker in San Francisco.
She loved to take care of her family, to garden and to support charities. Listening to all types of music was a joy throughout her life.
Inez was preceded in death by her husbands, Orva Donahue and Charles Moon, a sister, Elvira; and her brothers, Lionel, Andrew and Louis.
She is survived by her son, John Donahue; a daughter-in-law, Joyce, of Kalispell; her granddaughters, Kathleen Hansen, Colleen Showalter and Lori Cadwell; nieces, Rita Boaz, Mary Ann Morea and Jean Kitchen; six great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Burial will take place with her late husband in Santa Clara, Calif.
