After dispatchers tried several times to call him back, they transferred the call to Kalispell police, who went to the Glenwood Drive address. Officers couldn't find the caller, and the downstairs neighbor didn't remember hearing a disturbance.

The girl who showed up at a Kokanee Drive residence in Columbia Falls said she'd just been chased through the woods by a strange man wearing black face paint. As she was running, she saw a tent, leading her to believe the man is camped there.
