Kalispell police warned the occupants of a truck to relocate from a business' parking lot on Garland. The lot maintenance worker found it suspicious that they had left upon his approach earlier, then returned just as he finished his work.

An apparent explosion in a garbage can on Garland, resulting in garbage everywhere, turned out to be an ongoing prank among fellow employees and employer.

Water woes continued to bedevil the Public Works Department Monday afternoon, when workers from street and water departments were called to the intersection of Northridge Drive and Hilltop Avenue. It appeared a water main break was causing the road to cave in.

Prescription medication and a pool stick both were reported stolen.

Dogs doing their business in a neighbor's yard prompted the animal warden's nasty-grams on the dog owners' doors.

The man with slurred speech waited for his food in the McDonald's drive-up, and was served up a charge of DUI.
