Columbia Falls police went Tuesday night to help a car that was stuck on the train tracks at Second Avenue EN and Railroad Street. The driver reportedly cut the corner too sharply and fell short of the crossing. Train traffic had to be stopped while it was removed. Tickets were issued.
A 47-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI on Diane Road early Wednesday.
Police arrested a 15-year-old boy on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs at Fourth Avenue West and Seventh Street. A girl was ticketed in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia in the same incident.
A gunshot of some sort appears to be the cause of a broken front window at Arrowhead Fine Art and Framing on Nucleus Avenue.
