Membership has its privileges

Columbia Falls police handed over a two-for-one deal to a 21-year-old man. He was caught on a surveillance camera stealing a video from Got 2B Video. He later signed up for a membership, so officers had the information to contact him. As he was talking with an officer for that, his outstanding $10,000 Flathead County warrant for larceny came to light. He was jailed.

Police made two DUI arrests. Just after 11 p.m., a 35-year-old woman was pulled over on U.S. 2 near the bakery, refused to take a breath test, and was arrested. Two hours later, a 67-year-old man drove into the railroad signal on U.S. 2, alerting police to his impaired condition.
