Liberties taken on Liberty Street
Kalispell police arrested a 27-year-old man on suspicion of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct after he reportedly urinated in the street at Hawthorn and Liberty, then began using vulgarities.
His wife was the third person this week to be bitten by a dog on Ritzman Lane, a man reported to police, and he's concerned about danger to others. Police talked with the dog's owner.

Two older men sat on a swing and bench in front of Smith's Foods at noon Tuesday, harassing customers. They had been drinking, police reported, blocking the skills needed for one to ride a bicycle away from the premises and necessitating a taxi ride for at least one of them.
