The Montana Highway Patrol was called when a 17-year-old girl riding a homemade go-cart along Auction Road ran into a barbed-wire fence and cut a gash in her throat Sunday afternoon. She was the only one riding at the time, but several others on the scene said she was going at a very low speed at the time of the accident. ALERT helicopter flew her for treatment at the Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
