Whitefish police received a call that a tree came crashing down on Colorado Avenue. It missed a house but was lying across the sidewalk, so the Fire Department was paged to remove the hazard.

After a disturbance at the Red Caboose restaurant at 2 a.m., a man was told to leave and not return.

Police arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

DUI and careless driving were the accusations against a 29-year-old Whitefish man whom police stopped at the viaduct.
