No joke: Motorcyclist was attacked

He was headed for the golf course in West Glacier when a man in a pickup pulled alongside his motorcycle and yelled at him to get off so he could beat him up. The motorcyclist thought the man was a golfing buddy and pulled over, thinking it was a joke. He was wrong on both counts: The stranger pulled him off his bike and throttled him. Flathead County Sheriff's deputies are investigating the incident.
