He was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association. Ed's passion for motorcycles was endless. It started when he was a little boy, and he used to stare at a picture of his grandfather and his Hard Tail Harley. It was known back then to be the first motorcycle group of Kalispell, known as Benny and the Rough Riders. Ed loved to ride, and his adventures took him and his wife, Peggy, over a lot of miles of open road.
