Laurie Mae Wittlake Forman, 46

Laurie Mae Wittlake Forman, 46, passed away at Kalispell Regional Medical Center May 19, 2007.

Laurie was born in Kalispell on Jan. 21, 1961. She was raised in Kalispell.

She married Ron Forman on Aug. 25, 1984, in Mount Lake Terrace, Wash.

She attended school in Everett, Wash., to become a certified nurses assistant, and worked as a CNA for 12 years, retiring to be an at-home mother. Laurie helped where she could with her daughter at school.

She loved reading, cooking and gardening. Montana held a special place in her heart.

Laurie was loved and will be greatly missed by all of her family, especially her daughters, Shandra, Brandee, Lacey and Kalei.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Heather, on July 20, 1987; her mother, Alice Wittlake, on Nov. 1, 2003; and by both sets of grandparents.

Laurie is survived by her husband, Ron Forman, of Columbia Falls; her children, Lacey Forman and Kalei Forman of Columbia Falls, and Shandra Forman and Brandee Forman of Ohio; and her granddaughter, Hailey.

Private services will be held.
