A fight at Columbia Falls High School was averted by additional police presence Thursday after a teacher overheard two boys talking about it and called it in.

Concerned relatives filed a missing persons report for a 17-year-old girl near midnight on Thursday.

Police returned to Columbia Falls High School on Friday to arrest a 15-year-old girl for theft and minor in possession of tobacco.
