Gifts to behold, little Shepard

Festival organizer Twila Brenneman said the event promotes fair trade and benefits artisans from Third World countries. The ninth bi-annual gift festival continues from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
