A 14-year-old girl ran into the side of a truck while trying to cross U.S. 2. Columbia Falls police arrested the 21-year-old driver on a Kalispell warrant for driving on a suspended license. The girl was taken to North Valley Hospital by Three Rivers EMS.

An argumentative man refused to leave an Eighth Avenue East North residence until a 911 call was made and officers were on their way. They found him next door, but didn't arrest him because the argument was verbal.
