Doris Marie Roberts, 76

Doris Marie Roberts, 76, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007, at her home in Kalispell, after a long battle with cancer. She was born March 20, 1931, in Petersburg, N.D., to Earl and Ethel (Brininger) Fontaine.

Doris married Raymond Roberts on April 16, 1949.

Doris loved dancing, camping, canning, gardening, pinochle, baking, socializing at Sykes, crocheting, Jehovah God, her family, and many others who called her 'Mom.'

She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; as well as her parents; her identical twin sister, Delores Pound; a brother, Danny Fontaine; a granddaughter, Leah Roberts; and a grandson, Conner Roberts.

She is survived by six sons, Danny, Ronald, David, Gary, Larry, and Kevin Roberts; one daughter, Delilah Roberts, all of Kalispell; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Yvonne.

Graveside services for Doris will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, at C.E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery. There will be memorial services at 2 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on Woodland Avenue in Kalispell. A visitation will take place from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, in the Johnson Mortuary chapel.
