Stillwater rallies by Glacier JV

Stillwater Christian School's varsity volleyball team needed a big finish to topple the Glacier JV on Monday, 22-25, 21-25, 15-6, 18-16, 15-6 at Glacier High School.

"We need to cut down on errors and play better defense," SCS coach Dave Shawback said.

"Finally in game 3 we started to do just that and began to get on track. It was a good matchup as both teams had to play hard."

Julia Bray had eight of Stillwater's 29 kills in the match and she also led in blocks with three.

Nichole Danz had 12 digs for the Cougars. Abby Smith and Dana Topp both had 11.

Stillwater, 9-1 overall, faces Flathead Valley Home School, 7-1, tonight at 7 at West Valley.
