Iverson, Treece top leaderboard

MISSOULA - Larry Iverson III is at the front of the pack once again, but this time he shares the lead.
Iverson shot an opening-round 71 at Larchmont Golf Course, along Flathead's Jaden Treece, on Friday at the Missoula Invitational.
Aaron Young, 77, gave Glacier two golfers in the top 10 as the Wolfpack is tied with Great Falls C.M. Russell for first place in the team standings at 308.
Flathead, fifth at 313, also had another top 10 individual in Ben Piersall, who shot a 75.
In girls' play, Morgan Lee of Great Falls High and Whitney Lamb of Missoula Hellgate both shot 82 to share top honors.
CMR leads the team standings with a 352.
Glacier is fifth, 404, and Flathead sixth, 409.
Betsy Engle paced Flathead with a 100 while Karli Aurich had the best round for Glacier with a 101.
The tournament ends today with play at the University of Montana golf course.
