Nancy Lee Watkins, 71

Nancy Lee Watkins, former resident of Billings, passed away in Bellingham, Wash., on Sept. 15, 2007, surrounded by her family. She was 71, born in Casper, Wyo., to Bettye (Fowlkes) and Marion Smith.

Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family and had a zest for life. Her stories will be shared for generations.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Watkins.

She is survived by her four children, Beth Wood of Clovis, Calif., Jeff Dorn of Aberdeen, S.D., Leslie Dillon of Bellingham, and Amy Kinshella of Ashburn, Va.; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
