Polson netters down Bigfork, Stevensville

POLSON - Polson improved to 3-0 in dual tennis action Saturday by downing Bigfork and Stevensville.
The Polson boys swept doubles action and Shawn Medland picked up a nice win at No. 4 to lead the Pirates past Bigfork 4-3.
Polson's girls dominated doubles play and sophomores Jane Probst and Kelsie Howell notched solid wins at Nos. 2-4 singles for a 5-2 win over Bigfork.
Polson swept Stevensville 7-0 in boys' and girls' action. In combined varsity and junior varsity matches with a rebuilding Stevensville program, Polson went 23-0 and did not lose a set.
