A horse kicked a 3-year-old girl, causing bleeding above her left eye on Rhodes Draw early Saturday evening. The Kalispell and West Valley fire departments responded. The girl was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Alarms
The Smith Valley and Kalispell fire departments responded to a two-motorcycle accident on U.S. 2 West Sunday afternoon. One person was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
Numerous small fires and smoke reports - some founded and some unfounded -occurred across the Flathead during the weekend. Confirmed fires Sunday afternoon included three small ones in the Nyack area east of West Glacier, and a small one Saturday evening in Dern Draw.
