William D. Ragen, 91

William D. Ragen, 91, passed away Sunday, Aug. 17, 2008, at Brendan House in Kalispell. He was born Dec. 25, 1916, in Townsend to William and Susan (Doggett) Ragen.

William spent much of his life in Boulder River School and Warm Springs.

In March 1983, William entered services with Flathead Industries. William spent many years working on a farm south of Kalispell before he moved into town.

William's passions were fishing, Gene Autry, radios, buttons, and letters/packages in the mail.

William is survived by his brother, Pat Ragen, of Seattle; two sisters, Ann Schneider of Seattle, and Mary Jane Ragen of Helena; also a special friend; Susan Bonie, of Kalispell; and all the staff and clients of Flathead Industries.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 400 W. California, in Kalispell.
