FVCC offers interim session, 10-day classes

Flathead Valley Community College offers a variety of short-term interim session classes providing an opportunity to earn three college credits in 10 days instead of a traditional semester.

Classes offered include: Introduction to Criminal Justice, Economic Principles: Microeconomics, Introduction to Poetry, Interpersonal Relations/Communications, Liberal Arts Mathematics, Introduction to Philosophy and Public Speaking.

Classes take place Jan. 5 to 16.

The college also scheduled a one-credit Employment Strategies class Jan. 12-15.

The course focuses on how to compete in a tough job market and how to find a job in less time by effective self-marketing.

Students may still register for intersession classes only when the college reopens from holiday break at 8 a.m. Jan. 5.

Degree-seeking students must meet with an adviser prior to registration.
