Flathead County sheriff's deputies arrested a 45-year-old fugitive from California at a campground on Helena Flats Road. The man was also in possession of a stolen car, which got him ticketed on suspicion of theft.

The SWAT team was dispatched to River Butte Road to take a likely armed man to the hospital for a mental-health evaluation. The man, who allegedly threatened his mother, had access to rifles and pistols. The man at first refused to leave the residence, but the deputies negotiated him outside. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Pathways Treatment Center.

Employees of a shop on U.S. 2 in Evergreen reported an instance of indecent exposure that occurred last week and requested deputies conduct extra patrols of the area.

A bike was reported stolen on Shady Lane.

Jewelry was reported stolen from a home on Parkview Lane in Lakeside.

Someone reported what looked to them like a drug deal going down at a fast-food restaurant in Evergreen. Pills allegedly were exchanged for money. Deputies were unable to find anything amiss.

Deputies responded to a disturbance on Canyon Drive during which a 19-year-old man allegedly threatened to assault a resident and then left. The man was later pulled over and arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, without insurance, and in an unregistered vehicle.

A 46-year-old man was served with a felony warrant for the production or manufacture of drugs. Because he was in jail, the man was easy to find. He also is being held on warrants for contempt and drug possession.

Someone buying coffee at a kiosk on West Reserve Drive reported an incident of indecent exposure but later canceled the complaint.

When an area resident went to the DMV to obtain a duplicate vehicle title, the information indicated that the car had been stolen.

A Cobbler Village Road resident's dogs got loose and ran across a neighbor's yard, prompting the neighbor to step outside and bang off a couple rounds. It is not known whether the gun was pointed in the air, at the ground, or toward the offending canines.

A woman taking care of her parents' house on U.S. 2 returned to find a window open. Nothing appeared to have been taken.

A necklace and some other jewelry was reported stolen from a U.S. 2 residence. The owner suspects a family member.

A Hoffman Draw man thinks his daughter took his DVD player and pawned it.

A suicidal Braig Lane resident was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center for a mental-health evaluation.
