Kalispell police responded to a First Street West residence where a woman told officers her husband of six days was throwing things around the apartment. The man had fled when officers arrived. They checked the residence about an hour later and arrested the 28-year-old suspect for partner assault while he stood outside on the steps.

A woman kicked her mother, who had been drinking, out of her Two Mile Drive home because she was being obnoxious and causing problems. The mother called 911, which prompted the daughter to grab the phone away. Officers counseled the pair.

Officers settled a disturbance involving a man, who had been drinking, on Sleepy Hollow Road.

A 75-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after fleeing from the scene of an accident on Main and Idaho Streets.

A 16-year-old runaway was arrested for possession of alcohol in the Justice Center parking lot.

Officers arrested a 49-year-old tenant of a motel on First Avenue West for assault with a weapon after he threatened another tenant with a knife.

A man broke a window at a First Avenue West home after the owner refused to answer the door.

Cat tires were slashed at a U.S. 93 South business. The car's owner suspects a recently fired employee.

Several cars were burglarized Sunday night. About $7 in change, CDs, and sunglasses were stolen from a car on Fifth Avenue West. Sunglasses and $5 were taken from a car on Eighth Avenue West. A camera and $150 were taken from a car on Fifth Avenue East. A satellite radio was taken from a car on Fourth Avenue East. And $5 in change was taken from an ashtray, along with the ashtray itself, belonging to a car parked on Fifth Avenue East.

A woman driving an SUV told officers her back window was broken out while she was driving.

A 13-year-old girl was arrested for theft, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstructing at Kalispell Middle School.
