Kalispell police cited a 45-year-old man for theft after he used the pool facilities at a hotel on U.S. 93 South without paying. Less than three hours later, they arrested the same man for trespass after he was found intoxicated and passed out on a couch in the Kalispell Center Mall.

A pink backpack and a green duffle bag were reported stolen from a bar on Woodland Park Drive.

Officers visited a 45-year-old woman at her Flathead Drive home and arrested her for three warrants out of Sanders County.

An autoharp and medication were reported stolen from a Fourth Avenue West North residence.

An Empire Loop man said his brother punched him and then tried to choke him. He did not require medical attention.

A motorist almost hit two kids playing in the middle of Kelly Road.

Kids on First Avenue East North were spotted throwing snowballs at passing cars.
