Houseguest takes hospitality, pills

Pills, cash, and jewelry worth about $4,000 were stolen from a home on Columbia Falls Stage Road. A window and screen door were damaged in the burglary. Flathead County Sheriff's deputies are investigating.

Jewelry worth about $500 was taken from an East Cottonwood Drive residence. When the victim returned from work, both her houseguest and her stuff were gone.
