Someone driving on Birch Grove Road told deputies he saw a passing motorist smoking a pot pipe. Deputies were unable to find the vehicle.

A Riverstone Drive woman told deputies she's being continually harassed by two people, and she's about had it with the situation. She reportedly is waiting for a restraining order against the pair.

Deputies ticketed a woman for allegedly punching another woman in the face behind a store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen.

License plates were reported stolen on Deer Trail.

A Smith Lake Road woman called deputies about her former stepfather, who was standing in her yard to confront her about her accusation that he was abusing the other children.

A husband and wife arguing on Lower Valley Road were separated for the night. Neither party wanted to pursue charges.

Two bears were reported hanging around some garbage cans on Elk Park Road.

Deputies arrested an allegedly intoxicated 54-year-old man who threatened deputies when they told him to go home. He had been sitting in the middle of the street.

A Chevrolet Suburban stolen in Coram was recovered on Interstate 15.

Deputies responded to an assault on Mountain View Drive and arrested a man who allegedly gave a woman a fat lip. She refused medical treatment.

A boy is accused of stealing a pistol from a Pioneer Road residence. The pistol's owner chased the boy down, caught him, and held him until deputies arrived.

Kalispell police

Kalispell police arrested a 24-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman on suspicion of felony theft at a store on U.S. 93 and West Reserve Drive after they were spotted slicing open packages, removing the electronics inside, and replacing the packages back on the shelf.

Officers responded to Woodland Park and arrested a person who allegedly was climbing on the roof of the pool building.

Officers arrested a 40-year-old man, who had been drinking, on suspicion of disorderly conduct and trespassing after he allegedly used foul language with employees and then refused to leave a motel on U.S. 93 South.

A man, who had been drinking, showed up at a random South Meridian Road residence with a bloody nose. The resident called police. The alleged victim told police he had been attacked and was taken to the hospital.

A woman was ditched in Kalispell by another woman with whom she was road tripping. Officers helped her to find a place to stay.

Somebody stole $60 in change and damaged the roof of a vehicle parked on Fifth Avenue East North.

A 24-year-old man was arrested on a Lake County warrant for traffic offenses after officers were called to a parking lot on U.S. 2, where the man was in a verbal fight with a woman about a child-custody issue.

Someone tried to jimmy the door of a home on Second Avenue West, but failed to make entry.
