Kalispell police arrested a 20-year-old man for shoplifting and obstructing officers after he allegedly stole two delicious snack treats from a convenience store on West Idaho Street. He is also accused of throwing a candy bar at a clerk when confronted about the suspected thievery.

An Eighth Avenue East woman told police her boyfriend was refusing to return her 16-month-old son.

An intoxicated pedestrian was reported walking down East Idaho Street near Underpass Hill. Officers determined that the man had an injured back, which forced him to walk crookedly.

Officers responded to Harrison Boulevard where a woman and her 13-year-old daughter were arguing loudly. The daughter spent the night somewhere else.

A large mirror was reported stolen from a thrift store on U.S. 93 South.

A 15-year-old boy showed up at a Third Avenue West North residence after his mother kicked him out of the house because of his hair.

Someone reported hearing loud music and smelling marijuana smoke coming from a motel room on U.S. 93 South. The room's occupants turned down the music. The odor turned out to be incense.

Two 15-year-old girls were arrested for possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia and tobacco during a traffic stop near the intersection of Main and Center streets.

Officers arrested a 45-year-old man for drug possession on Sixth Street West.

A truck was rifled through on Fifth Avenue West North.

Officers arrested a 45-year-old woman for driving under the influence of alcohol on South Main Street after receiving a reckless driving complaint.

A dog that walked into a bank on U.S. 93 North was held there until its owners arrived.

A cell phone was stolen from a restaurant on U.S. 93 North.
