Flathead County sheriff's deputies responded to a Harmony Road residence after a woman called to report that her 39-year-old boyfriend was trying to drive under the influence of drugs. He left the scene, but came back after deputies had departed and kicked down the door. Deputies also returned and arrested the man on suspicion of partner assault, for allegedly choking his girlfriend, and tampering with a communication device for allegedly throwing the woman's cell phone into the yard.

A North Fork Road resident accused a neighbor of trespassing.

A man, who had been drinking, called a Many Lakes Drive couple from a bar on Montana 35 in Evergreen and made some threats. The couple was advised to get a restraining order.

Two wallets were found in a Kila Dumpster. One had identification inside.

A Zimmerman Road resident was given two weeks to remove several junk vehicles after a neighbor complained there were too many unsightly, rusting hulks in the yard to even count.

A 16-year-old Parliament Drive boy took his mother's car keys during an argument and left. When her son returned, she flattened one of the tires so he couldn't leave again.

Deputies spoke with an 18-year-old Cynthia Drive man who was receiving threats.

Somebody was seen driving a blue go-cart with a roll cage through yards on Yodelin Ridge Road, tearing up the lawns.

Deputies arrested a 53-year-old man on Montana 35 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after somebody phoned in a reckless-driving complaint.

Tires reportedly slashed in the parking lot of a store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen turned out to have just gone flat.

Passers-by reported seeing a man lying on the side of Whitefish Stage Road. When deputies arrived he was walking, so they gave him a ride home.

Items from a car broken into on Montana 83 were found strewn about the ground.

The door to a West Reserve Drive apartment was left open all night, prompting a concerned neighbor to call deputies. Nothing appeared to be amiss, and the open door may have been an accident.

A car reported stolen on Dogwood Avenue was recovered hours later on North Somers Road. The car appeared to have run over several sprinkler heads and had a damaged transmission.

Someone received a call from a young man saying he was locked in an attic and his murder was imminent. Deputies suspect a hoax.

Neighbors reportedly were harassing a Fish Hatchery Road man because he speeds down the road. It wasn't him, the man told deputies. It was a similar car but with a different license plate, he said.

Deputies responded to Lower Lost Prairie Road to settle an ongoing dispute between neighbors over an easement.

The landlord of a motel on Montana 35 in Evergreen called deputies to deal with tenants whom he was trying to evict but wouldn't leave. The tenants called deputies some minutes later, saying they were being harassed by the landlord.

A Western Drive woman tried to move out after a row with her boyfriend, who then tried to prevent her from leaving. But he was gone before deputies arrived.
