A woman reported losing her cell phone at a Whitefish business. Later, her husband and her father started receiving pornographic pictures, apparently of a minor, from her phone.

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies eventually tracked the phone to a student at a Columbia Falls Junior High and then confiscated through the student's lawyer. Deputies are unsure who the subject in the photo was.

A Subaru stolen from North Somers Road was found behind a truck parts store on U.S. 93 South.

The guy who works in the sandwich shop threatened the guy who worked in the sushi restaurant about where he was able to smoke cigarettes.

A 39-year-old man arrested on Harmony Road for partner assault - and later released - visited a neighbor's house in an effort, apparently, to scare his victim. It worked and deputies were notified.

A 7-year-old Martin City boy was bitten by a dog.

Deputies were called in to settle some verbal sparring between two people on Shady Lane.

An East Evergreen Drive woman asked deputies to check on her 15-year-old daughter after being unable to reach her. It turns out the youth just had her phone off.

A man and a woman on Grayling Road in Lakeside, both of whom had been drinking, got into a heated argument after the man wouldn't put their son to bed because it had gotten wet from a water fight.

A man called his sister in Washington state saying he had been shot. Then he called her saying he was drunk, had been shot, and didn't know who did it. Deputies determined he was just drunk.
