Evicted tenant moves more stuff in

The landlord of a Solberg Drive residence called Flathead County Sheriff's deputies after noticing a woman - who had been evicted and given until the end of the month to move out - was moving stuff onto, not off of, the property. Deputies counseled both parties.

A woman called deputies to report a neighbor who was playing music with lyrics about killing black people. The woman was understandably uncomfortable because her husband and daughter are black.

A Salmon Circle woman told deputies another woman was threatening to come over and cause problems.

Fireworks were reported on Lake Five Road.

Shots were reportedly fired on Valley View Drive. Adults around a bonfire were asked to quiet down, but not before they told deputies about a party with underage drinking on Trillium Way.

A car ran through the gate to a trailer court on Conrad Drive.

Windows were broken out of a car parked at a grocery store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen, but nothing appeared to have been taken.

Dispatchers talked a Zimmerman Road man, who reportedly had a gun in his mouth, out of his residence and into the custody of deputies. He was taken to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.

Loose llamas were reported on Foys Lake Road.

A toolbox was reported stolen from a truck on Danielson Road.

Medication was reported stolen from a Conrad Drive residence.

An East Mountain Meadow Road woman called deputies with questions about property allocation after breaking up with her boyfriend.

Kalispell police told a man walking around near the intersection of Center Street and Meridian Road with a dog and a shotgun to come retrieve the firearm when he sobered up.

Officers counseled a concerned citizen asking questions about drug residue found on a cotton swab.

Windows were reported broken on Barron Way.

A woman at the library told police a stranger tightly grabbed her arm and then left.

Officers arrested a 63-year-old man for driving under the influence of alcohol and without insurance during a traffic stop on Main and Fourth streets.

Officers arrested a 54-year-old man for probation violation during a traffic stop on Ninth Avenue West.

A Seventh Street East woman told police a man screamed at her while she was taking out the garbage. She didn't get a good look at the suspect because she didn't have her glasses on.

A 20-year-old man was arrested for driving with alcohol in his system and warrants for driving on a suspended license and without insurance during a traffic stop on South Main Street.

Dogs were left inside a Sixth Avenue East house without any water after their owners moved away. They were taken to the county animal shelter.

Officers arrested a 34-year-old man for driving under the influence of alcohol after he ran a stop sign on First Avenue West.

A taxi was called for a man who got lost while looking for his friends on Second Avenue East.

Mailboxes were vandalized on Hawthorne Avenue.

A phone was stolen from an unlocked car on Fourth Avenue East. The victim was advised to, in the future, lock the doors and remove valuables from the vehicle.

Whitefish police arrested a 37-year-old woman for driving under the influence of alcohol in the parking lot of a convenience store on Spokane Avenue.

They also arrested a 25-year-old man for DUI on Spokane Avenue.

Columbia Falls police arrested a 20-year-old woman with a felony bad checks warrant out of Lewis and Clark County during a traffic stop on Third Avenue East.

The Whitefish Fire Department extinguished a fire in a mobile home on U.S. 93.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a two-car collision on U.S. 93 north of West Reserve Drive. Two people with minor injuries were taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Olney Fire Department responded to an Olney Loop residence where a 17-month-old child was having difficulty breathing. The child was taken to North Valley Hospital.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to the corner of U.S. 93 and Wyoming Street, where an elderly man had fallen off his bicycle. He was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Kalispell Fire Department and West Valley Fire Department responded to a rollover on U.S. 93. The driver was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Bad Rock Fire Department and Columbia Falls Fire Department responded to a controlled burn on River Road.
