The suspicious person spotted on U.S. 2 East Tuesday morning said he was waiting for a church to open. Flathead County Sheriff's deputies asked him to move along.

Criminal mischief at a Bierney Creek Road construction site has been an ongoing problem since November. In the last few months, vandals have shot a portable toilet, pushed a gate open and ridden an ATV through the site.

Someone called to inform deputies that a man, whose whereabouts currently are unknown, was wanted by law enforcement.

Chips, beef jerky and frozen dinners were stolen from a food bank on U.S. 93 South.

A vehicle sustained BB gun fire on Brunner Road.

One person was arrested following a disturbance on Seville Lane.

The gun reported stolen on Margrethe Road in Evergreen wasn't missing after all - the caller's wife had given it to his father-in-law.
