A motorist on U.S. 2 near Hungry Horse called Flathead County Sheriff's deputies after a passing motor home leaked wastewater on his car. Deputies stopped the motor home, which turned out to have a damaged sewage tank, and informed the unwitting driver of the hazard.

Gunshots were heard on Rhodes Draw, Redfield Lane, and near a Hungry Horse school. Deputies were unable to find anything amiss.

A Fern Lane woman was accused of hitting her soon-to-be ex-spouse during an argument over property, but left for work before deputies arrived.
