Wright wins three events at Libby dual

LIBBY - Libby junior Seth Wright won the long jump, triple jump and high jump at Friday's Libby-Flathead track dual.

Wright's triple jump (43 feet, 3 inches) was a season best.

He also won the high jump at 6-6, and the long jump at 20-1.

"He had a pretty good jump at 6-8, but didn't get it," said Libby assistant coach Rod Temple.

Temple also said Flathead girls' high jumper Ally Krautbauer nearly got 5-5. She won the event at 5-3.

"It was a good night," Temple said. "It was just a gorgeous afternoon. Everything went pretty nice. Good things happened. This was kind of fun competition."
