Lakers tip Loggers

LIBBY - Tyler Reichhoff ripped a grand slam home run to left field in the top of the ninth inning Wednesday to lift the AA Kalispell Lakers to a 13-11 nonconference American Legion baseball victory over Libby Loggers.

The shot came with two outs.

Reichhoff went 3-for-6 and drove in five runs. He also doubled.

Libby's Steve Bertelsen belted a three-run homer to left-center field in the sixth inning to tie the contest at 9-all.

That was Bertelsen's only hit of the game.

Chris Herbig and Derek Benefield had three hits each for Libby.
