Glacier, Flathead softball players named all-state

Glacier High School's Brittany Franklin and Lindsey Hoffenbacker and Flathead High School's Heather Haegele have been named to the Class AA All-State softball team.

Franklin, a freshman, is a catcher; Hoffenbacker, a sophomore, was honored at second base; and Haegele, a senior, was picked as an outfielder.

All three players were also Western AA conference first-team selections.

All players selected to the first team from Eastern AA and Western AA earned All-State honors.
