Whitefish's Fuller going to Western

DILLON - Colin Fuller, a 6-foot, 215-pound offensive lineman for Whitefish High School, has signed a Frontier Conference NAIA letter of intent to play football at the University of Montana Western, according to head coach Rich Ferris.

Fuller earned second team all-conference honors his senior season. The Bulldogs lost to Frenchtown in the first round of the 2007 Class A playoffs.

"Colin is a great kid," said Ferris in a press release.

"He is a very hard worker and a very intelligent football player. Colin is already solid in the run game and will be a quick learner in pass blocking. It will be fun to watch him get out on a screen play. Colin is a very good fit for Montana Western, both in the classroom and on the football field."

Fuller also participated track.

He is a 2008 graduate of Whitefish High School and son of Ken and Jackie Fuller of Kalispell.
