Flathead County sheriff's deputies responded to Kings Way, where a 62-year-old man allegedly slapped his wife and pointed a pistol at her. He was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault, a felony.

A Spring Prairie Road woman told deputies her friend used her ATM card to withdraw $100. Deputies spoke with the suspect, who agreed to pay the money back.

When a person arrived in the Bigfork area to retrieve some items left with a friend, an iPod was missing.

Someone broke the window out of a car parked on Rainbow Drive and made off with a laptop.

A 17-year-old boy escaped from a treatment center in Marion. He was found in Kalispell and returned. In a separate incident, a boy who was supposed to show up at the same treatment center never did. He was found at a Kalispell hotel and taken in.

Someone cut the radiator hose on a car parked at a West Reserve Drive apartment complex.

A man with a baby on his back and three dogs in tow got into an argument with a woman on horseback in Heron Park. He allegedly was blocking the path she was trying to take.

Deputies counseled a man and woman arguing on Holt Stage Road. Ten minutes later, deputies were called to break up a disturbance involving a man and woman on Montana 35. The two had left the residence, but deputies located and stopped their car. Neither wanted to file a complaint.

A woman is accused of assaulting another woman, who is pregnant, on Harmony Road. Alcohol was involved. No one needed medical attention, but deputies will forward their reports to the County Attorney's Office for possible charges.

A Maple Drive woman said that somebody in a gray van has been following her for two days and taking pictures of her and her boyfriend.

A patron at a restaurant on U.S. 2 in Evergreen threw a glass of water on his food server, prompting a call to deputies.

Deputies received 175 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Kalispell police

A woman told Kalispell police her daughter's 16-year-old boyfriend won't leave them alone. He reportedly was sitting on the family's car, which was parked at a Third Avenue East North grocery store, and wouldn't get off.

An 11th Street East man called police after finding among his belongings a picture of his father flipping him off.

Someone allegedly punched a Flathead High School student in the face. His mother called police.

Officers began searching for a 10-year-old boy after he failed to return to his Sixth Avenue East home. He was found near the intersection of Second Avenue East and 12th Street.

A passer-by reported seeing a man holding a woman against the wall of a Second Street West business, but the pair was gone when officers arrived.

A man lying in the middle of the parking lot outside a bar on U.S. 93 South was gone when officers arrived to see whether he was OK.

Officers responded to Harrison Boulevard and counseled two neighbors, one of whom reportedly was threatening and cussing at the other.

Officers arrested a 39-year-old College Avenue man on a Kalispell warrant for failure to appear after investigating reports that a man and woman were arguing while a child screamed in the background.

Officers arrested a 21-year-old woman on suspicion of DUI after she was observed passed out behind the wheel of her car, which reportedly was parked in the road.

Officers arrested an 18-year-old woman and a 20-year-old woman on suspicion of possession of alcohol while investigating a disturbance on 11th Street East.

Someone ran over a mailbox on Appleway Drive.

Employees of a school on Third Avenue West were getting threatening notes from a nearby resident about their parking habits.

Officers received 81 calls for service between 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police noticed a newer model pickup parked behind a hotel on U.S. 93 with its doors open. Officers secured the truck and turned the keys in to the front desk.

Officers received 50 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police received 29 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Alarms

The Kalispell Fire Department and Somers Fire Department responded to Ridgewood Drive, where a 66-year-old man fell and hit his head. He was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to First Avenue East, where a 9-year-old girl was choking on a piece of candy. She was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Somers Fire Department responded to reports of a grass fire on Montana 82, but it turned out to be a controlled burn. The West Valley Fire Department was called out to a controlled burn on West Springcreek Road.

The Whitefish Fire Department responded to a crash at the intersection of Whitefish Stage Road and Hodgson Road. At least one injured occupant was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Whitefish Fire Department also responded to Seventh Street East, where an elderly man wrecked his bicycle. He was taken to North Valley Hospital.

Reports of smoke above Smith Lake Road were from a controlled burn. The Smith Valley Fire Department responded.

The Big Mountain Fire Department was paged to a crash on Big Mountain Road after one of the vehicles involved caught fire. No one needed to be taken to the hospital.
