Charlotte Lucille Short, 70

Charlotte Lucille Short, 70, loving mother, grandmother, wife and aunt, passed away Oct. 22, 2008, at her home in Kalispell.

She was born May 7, 1938, in Hamilton, and was raised in Montana.

Charlotte married Omis "Shorty" Short in 1982 in Winnemucca, Nev. They were married for 15 years, until his death in 1997.

She enjoyed puzzles, fishing, visiting with family and spending time with her friends at the game rooms.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Omis Short; and her sisters, Marion Williams and Elsie MacGeorge.

Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Sheila Tymchyna, of Kalispell; and son, Dallas Short, of Kalispell; grandchildren, Steve and Yvonne Morris, Chris and Renata Morris, Tera and Miguel Hernandez, Ladik Tymchyna, Kolt Short, Paige Short, Bryant Bell and Brianna Gregg; great-grandchildren, Tyler Amundson, Aspen Hernandez, Jadyn Hernandez, Desiree Morris, Merrick Morris and Christopher Morris; future daughter-in-law, Terry Gregg; friend, Chuck Major; and friends in the valley too numerous to mention.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at Faith Free Lutheran Church, 405 Liberty St., in Kalispell; followed by a gathering at Charlotte's home, 522 Solberg Drive, in Kalispell.
