Tickets will be available today for Sen. Joe Biden's visit to Kalispell on Sunday.

Biden, the Democratic vice presidential candidate, is scheduled to hold a town-hall discussion at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Flathead High School in Kalispell.

Details on the exact format were still being ironed out Friday.

The doors to the event will open at 12:30 p.m. Sunday; free tickets are required to enter.

People can pick up tickets from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at Flathead County's three Obama/Biden campaign offices:

Kalispell: 224 First Ave. E. If tickets are still available on Sunday, this office will provide them from 9 a.m. to noon that day.

Whitefish: 643 Denver St.

Bigfork: 191 Jewel Basin Court, Suite 3B.

The Flathead High School event is the only Montana stop on Sunday for Biden. He is scheduled to be interviewed on NBC's "Meet The Press," which will be broadcast at 9 a.m. Sunday on cable channel 13.

Barack Obama had announced a 50-state push in his campaign against John McCain, which would include fighting for traditionally Republican areas. Obama has visited Montana five times, including four for the primary election.

His campaign has opened offices around Montana and has invested in numerous TV and radio ads.

However, the Associated Press reported Friday that Obama is pulling back a bit from his 50-state push to concentrate on swing states such as Ohio.

Although Montana has been traditionally viewed as a Republican lock in presidential elections, the state is seen this year as up in the air between the two parties.
