Randy L. Hause, 45, passed away in his sleep on Sept. 7, 2008, at his home in Kalispell. He was born to Clyde M. Hause and Marjorie Rooney on May 26, 1963.

After being raised in Seattle, he spent time both on the West Coast and across the Midwestern United States through his travels. He lived in Kansas City for a few years, where he was able to learn about farm life from his father. He also spent a portion of time back again on the West Coast in Oregon, before arriving in Montana in 2005 to be closer to family.

Randy enjoyed many interests and hobbies. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and could often be found at Raceway Park. His sports enthusiasm crossed over to his fanatic love of wrestling and personal connection to football, his favorite team being, of course, the Seahawks.

He was an active member of the Eagles Club, participating in decorating and setting up for events, as well as a member of pool league.

His helpful nature led him into various fields of employment, often trying any new side job that came his way; he was a man of many hats.

His other joys in life included fishing, camping, mechanics and spending a lazy day in bed with the love of his life and wife, Shirley.

His smile and sense of humor will be sorely missed, and his large presence leaves big shoes to fill.

Randy will be honored and remembered at 3 p.m. this coming Sunday, Sept. 28, at the Kalispell Eagles Club Lounge. Bring a favorite story and favorite dish to share.
