Security guards at an Evergreen box store spotted a woman allegedly shoplifting a crucifix early Saturday evening. When confronted, she threw the crucifix on the ground and kicked a guard before guards held her to the ground to await deputies to arrest her, the Flathead County Sheriff's Office said.

A Saturday evening disturbance on Whittlake Drive ended up with a man arrested for warrants.

An 83-year-old woman fell Sunday morning at a Bigfork business, and the Fire Department Ambulance took her to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Hungry Horse Fire Department responded to a man with a broken leg in Hungry Horse. He was taken to North Valley Hospital.
