Kalispell police

A DVD player, $180 cash, diabetic medication, a car stereo and cologne were stolen from a Liberty Street apartment. The resident found the door open, but still locked, and items strewn about. Kalispell police took the report.

Someone reported being threatened by a man during a deposition.

Bikes were stolen on West Arizona Street, Fifth Avenue West North and at a movie theater on U.S. 93.

Police were called to a store in the mall three times Friday and Saturday. During their first trip, officers arrested a 31-year-old woman on suspicion of criminal trespass; on the second trip, an 18-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting and on the third trip, a girl was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

Officers arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of felony assault with a weapon and a 47-year-old man on suspicion of felony DUI on Airport Road on Friday night.

A man thinks he locked the vehicle he parked on U.S. 2 West, but his wallet was missing from it when he unlocked it late Friday night.

Officers made three drunken-driving arrests Friday night and early Saturday morning.

A vehicle has been egged for the past couple of weekends. No word on whether assailants decorated the eggs first.

Officers received 82 calls for service between 2:30 p.m. Friday and 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

Flathead County sheriff

Flathead County sheriff's deputies arrested a man on suspicion of partner assault on Shady Lane.

Neighbor's houses apparently are popular hideouts for missing boys. A 9-year-old reported missing on Learn Lane on Friday evening was found at the neighbor's a few minutes later. After reportedly arguing with his mom Saturday afternoon, a 12-year-old on Foothills Glen likewise sought refuge with a neighbor.

A motorcycle was reported stolen from Western Drive.

People were counseled about their unsafe shooting practices and sent on their way on Patrick Creek Road.

A 14-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at an Evergreen box store.

An unwanted man was more willing to leave a Parliament Drive residence when deputies told him to go.

A renter is accused of taking items from a house on U.S. 93 near Whitefish.

Dispatchers logged 177 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Whitefish police

While investigating a report of suspicious circumstances on Houston Drive, Whitefish police arrested two teenagers who were too young to drink.

An 18-year-old man was arrested when he allegedly tried to steal beer from a supermarket.

Officers arrested two men in their 50s on suspicion of DUI in separate incidents.

Officers received 36 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police arrested a pair of 14-year-old boys on suspicion of criminal mischief after they reportedly broke windows at an elementary school.

Officers received 30 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Alarms

The Creston, Bigfork, Evergreen, Bad Rock and South Kalispell fire departments investigated reports of grass or brush fires in separate incidents. No fire was out of control.

Columbia Falls firefighters took care of a fire in a Dumpster at the city dump site.
