A dead bald eagle was found beneath power lines between Columbia Heights and Hungry Horse late Sunday morning, the Flathead County Sheriff's Office reported.

Dumped equipment for a meth lab was found Saturday evening near Mountain Meadow Road.

Police ticketed a 14-year-old girl on suspicion of possessing alcohol at a north Kalispell shopping plaza late Saturday evening.

Police arrested a 20-year-old man on a warrant during an early Sunday morning traffic stop.

Police arrested a 16-year-old boy in connection with disorderly conduct Sunday morning on South Meridian Road.

Police logged 52 calls from 3:30 p.m.. Saturday to 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police arrested a 43-year-old man on suspicion of threatening his wife and making his child drink alcohol Saturday evening.

Police logged 16 calls from 3:30 p.m. Saturday to 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police arrested a 25-year-old man on suspicion of disorderly conduct in the downtown area early Sunday morning.

A little later, police ticketed a 20-year-old man on suspicion of possessing alcohol and driving without a license in the downtown area.

Alarms

The Kalispell and West Valley fire departments responded to a woman injured in a horse accident Sunday afternoon on Lost Creek Drive, with the city ambulance taking her to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The West Valley Fire Department responded to a chimney fire Saturday evening on Mountain Meadow Road.

A woman fell at an Evergreen establishment Saturday evening, and the Evergreen Fire Department ambulance took her to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
