High School Softball: Ronan rallies past C-Falls in 8

COLUMBIA FALLS - Ronan used a pair of four-run innings to drop Columbia Falls 11-7 on Tuesday in nonconference A softball play.

The Maidens tallied four runs in the sixth inning to tie the game at 7-all, then scored four more in the top of the eighth for an 11-7 victory.

Columbia Falls led 4-0 after two innings.

Tia Yeager and Amber James had two hits each for Columbia Falls, 6-3 overall.

Jordan Strozzi went 4-for-5 for Ronan.

"It was a great game," Columbia Falls coach Dave Kehr said.

"It was a lot of fun. They're a tough team."
