After a man, 61, rolled his van off the Rhodes Draw Road Sunday night, the Montana Highway Patrol arrested him for drunk driving, no insurance, obstructing a peace officer, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and no current registration.

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies intervened in a dispute involving a woman who was reportedly obstructing her neighbor from loading up garbage on Spotted Bear Road in Martin City Sunday night. The two were separated.

There was a report of boaters who were stranded on Flathead Lake east of Wild Horse Island. They reported that they had possibly hit something because the boat was "going in circles." They were later helped to shore by other boaters.

The North Fork Road is known for being unkind to tires, and that was the problem for hikers who were reported overdue in the Polebridge area - flat tires.

A loud verbal dispute was reported at a South Many Lakes Drive residence, but things quieted down after one of the parties involved left.

A man and his 17-year-old son were separated for the night after a dispute at a residence on Old Steel Bridge Road early Monday.

There was a report of someone stealing a 30-pack of beer from a convenience store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen.

A wallet and a pistol were stolen from a vehicle, after a window was broken by rocks at the Coal Creek boat launch on the North Fork Flathead River.

Power tools were stolen from a garage on Kila Road.

Someone broke into a milk delivery truck and stole dairy goods on Trumble Creek Road.

A person reported that someone stole $1,200 in cash from a Wagner Lane residence in Coram.

There were 177 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Columbia Falls police

After a traffic stop on Nucleus Avenue and Sixth Street East, Columbia Falls Police arrested a man, 52, for drunk driving.

Another man, 22, was arrested for drunk driving early Monday after a traffic stop on U.S. 2 and Second Avenue East.

There were 22 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish Police received a report of a mountain bike being stolen from behind a business on Baker Avenue early Monday.

There was a report of criminal mischief at the Whitefish High School weight room.

There were 32 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Kalispell police

Early Monday, Kalispell Police received a report from a woman that her friend had been assaulted by another man at a gas station on U.S. 2 West. Officers arrested a man for assault, and the next morning one of the parties involved reported that tires on a car were slashed at 700 Ninth Avenue West, possibly in retaliation for the earlier incident.

Sunday night, there was a report of a car being egged on the 700 block of Third Avenue East.

A woman called to report that a carload of girls in Woodland Park cussed at her after she requested that they turn down their loud rap music.

A person who apparently has an ongoing dispute with a neighbor on Empire Loop Drive reported that his front door had been egged.

A man called early Monday to report that another man had just threatened him with a gun and an ice pick on the 200 block of Eighth Avenue West. Soon after, another called to report that the initial caller had threatened so he pulled a pellet pistol to protect himself.

There was a report of a mailbox, a sign and shrubbery being damaged by vandals on the 100 block of Garland Drive.

There were 64 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Alarms

The Badrock Fire Department and the Three Rivers Ambulance were called Sunday to help a man who had been kicked in the head by a horse earlier in the day. The man ended up refusing transport, however.
