C. Falls wins third straight in speech

Columbia Falls High School continued its winning streak at the Ronan Invitational speech and debate tournament Saturday.

Columbia Falls finished the meet with 90 points, followed by Whitefish High School with 52 and Stevensville High School’s 40 points. It was Columbia Falls’ third straight win.

Nine Class A schools and two Class B schools, including Bigfork High School, competed at the tournament.

Bigfork competed in speech and drama events.

The schools’ next tournament is the Kalispell Invitational at Flathead and Glacier high schools Friday and Saturday.
